課程目標	本課程的規劃，是針對非資訊相關科系學生所開設的電腦基礎課程，主要目的讓學生在大學學習過程中，能夠靈活應用電腦工具。課程安排針對電腦的相關硬體，作業軟體，應用軟體，網路，網路資源及近來漸漸受到重視的資訊安全及電腦病毒等議題有所認識，並培養正確的資訊資源使用觀念，建立一個良好資訊素養的現代人。   The  purpose  of  this  course  is  the  following： 1.  to  enable  students  to  build  some  basic  concepts／knowledge  about  computers  including  computer  develpment,  hardware,  software(e.g.,  system  and  application),  the  Internet,  the  web,  e－commerce,  and 2.  to  possess  the  skill  about  how  to  edit  and  complete  a  document  by  knowing  the  operation  of  MS  Word.

評量標準	1.平時成績  50%   (平時成績包含：出席15%；  平時分組報告及上機作業共35% 2.期中考試  25%   3.期末考試  25%   Attance,  class  participation,  anbd  assignment  50% Midterm  Test  25% Final  Test  25% 額外加分選項：   1.學期出席率全勤者(無任何事／病假記錄)，並且上課態度認真者，酌加總分5分   其他：   期中考以前達3週未到課者,需退選；期末考以前全學期缺課達3週未到課者,不可參與期末考的進行
